Simply snap Cap Armor over your compatible Captive Cap to enjoy longer heat cycles, smoother extractions, and improved thermal consistency without having to rotate your device while heating with a torch.

HOW TO USE

Installing Cap Armor:
Gently press a compatible Captive Cap into the Cap Armor until you hear an audible click. This is best done with the Captive Cap on an assembled device.

Removing Cap Armor:
Remove the Cap Armor from the Cap while installed on a tip. Hold the digger-outer with your thumb against the tip and gently wiggle and pull the Cap Armor off the Cap. This will allow the Cap Armor to separate without excessive force. Please note: It is not recommended to push the cap from the top to separate. Doing so may dent the Cap.

NOTES

Due to the nature of its press fit design, minor dents or impressions on the upper crimp of the Captive Cap are possible. This is normal and will not affect function of either part.

📌 วิธีใช้งาน

การติดตั้ง Cap Armor:
กด Captive Cap ที่รองรับเข้าไปใน Cap Armor อย่างเบามือจนได้ยินเสียง "คลิก" แนะนำให้ทำขณะ Captive Cap ติดตั้งอยู่บนอุปกรณ์เรียบร้อยแล้ว

การถอด Cap Armor:
ถอด Cap Armor ออกจาก Cap ขณะที่ยังติดตั้งอยู่บน Tip โดยใช้นิ้วโป้งกดบริเวณ Digger-Outer ให้ชิดกับ Tip จากนั้นค่อย ๆ ขยับและดึง Cap Armor ออกอย่างนุ่มนวล วิธีนี้จะช่วยให้ถอดออกได้โดยไม่ต้องใช้แรงมาก

หมายเหตุ: ไม่แนะนำให้ดัน Cap จากด้านบนเพื่อแยกชิ้นส่วน เพราะอาจทำให้ Cap เกิดรอยบุบได้

📌 หมายเหตุเพิ่มเติม

เนื่องจากระบบยึดแบบ Press-Fit อาจเกิดรอยกดหรือรอยบุบเล็กน้อยบริเวณขอบบนของ Captive Cap ได้ ซึ่งถือเป็นเรื่องปกติและจะไม่ส่งผลต่อการทำงานของทั้งสองชิ้นส่วน
