The Thermal Hyper Cap  is DynaVap’s premium titanium thermal cap upgrade, engineered for enhanced heat retention and smooth airflow control. Inside the precision-machined titanium shell is a removable Core containing approximately 150 green sapphire balls (2 mm), designed to store and distribute heat efficiently.

This innovative internal Core guides airflow through the material chamber, supporting a more consistent and controlled heating experience. The top of the Core is removable, allowing users to replace or adjust the heating media to suit their preferences.

The  includes DynaVap’s well-known heat indicator click, helping signal when the device reaches optimal operating temperature. This cap is compatible exclusively with the Hyper Tip and integrates seamlessly using DynaVap’s Captive Cap–style connection.
